exercise 1. reverse plank leg tuck ins | 4 x 10-12 reps
exercise 2. side lying hip abduction | 4 x 15 per side
exercise 3. walking hamstring marches | 4 x 12 reps
exercise 4. half burpees | 4 x 15 reps
exercise 5. 1 1/2 squat press | 4 x 20-25 reps✨
